Are you looking to build a career in the geotechnical industry? Our established geotechnical testing company is seeking motivated Soil Technicians to join our dynamic teams in Sydney and Brisbane.

About the Role:

As a Soil Technician, you will play a key role by working on some of the major Construction projects in our field and laboratory testing services. Your work will involve:

  • Conducting soil, aggregate, and compaction testing (both field and lab-based)
  • Sampling and preparing materials for geotechnical analysis
  • Recording and reporting results accurately
  • Assisting engineers and senior technicians with project requirements
  • Ensuring safety and quality compliance in all work practices

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing (preferred, but not essential – training provided)
  • A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Physically fit and able to work in field environments
  • Current driver's license (not required for laboratory only field work)
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
