**Job Description: Construction Cleaners - ABN HOLDERS**

**Position**: Construction Cleaners
**Hourly Rate**: $33-$38 per hour /ABN
**Experience Required**: 2+ years
**Certification**: White Card

**We are looking for construction cleaners who have**:

- Experience in initial and final builders cleaning
- Any other construction licenses e.g. working at heights, scissor lift/boom lift tickets etc
- Must have White Card
- Excellen work ethic, mature and professional
- High quality work and attention to detail
- Motivated, positive can-do attitude and able to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Reliable and honest

Schedule:

- Day shift/Morning shift/Night Shift

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in general labour work on construction sites.
- **Certification**: Current White Card certification (mandatory).
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle physically demanding work in various weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and stand for extended periods.
- **Safety Focused**: Knowledge of construction safety protocols and experience in maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team, taking direction from supervisors and collaborating with colleagues.
- **Reliability**: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and dependable job performance.

Preferred Skills:

- **First Aid Certification**: Having a first aid qualification is a plus.
- **Vehicle License**: A current driver’s license (preferred for traveling between sites).

Work Environment:

- **Location**: Various construction sites as assigned, potentially in remote or urban locations.
- **Hours**: Full-time, with overtime opportunities based on project needs.
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to lift heavy items and work in all weather conditions.
- **Safety**: Adherence to all company and site-specific safety procedures is a must.
