**Your new role**:
Your role as Centre Director will require you to oversee the full operation of the running of the centre in regard to compliance and staff development.

You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained, using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and educators. You will be supported by an experienced off the floor 2IC, Educational Leader and an excellent management team.

The service has maintained high occupancy, thus the focus for the incoming director will be to maintain the work that previous director has done.

**What you need...**

The successful applicant will have,
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Colleagues
- Right to work in Australia.

Qualifications:

- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
- WWCC or VIT.
- Right to work in Australia.
