**The Centre**

This service is focused on providing a supportive and fun environment for children to learn and grow in. They also strongly believe that the relationships between children and the educators is an integral part of creating a positive learning environment for children.

**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to work autonomously within an established and supportive service. As the Room leader, you will be responsible for the running of the toddler room and the care and safety of children in the room.

You will be supported by educators, an educational leader, management and parent committee to provide the best program possible for the children. This is further reflected by the generous planning time provided by the service.

You will be rewarded with industry leading award rates ($36+ ph), fortnightly RDO, full day of planning, ongoing professional development and training and support from committee and management.

**The Ideal Educator**

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents. Ideally you will have had 2+ years' experience as a room leader within the childcare industry.
- Holds a diploma in Children’s services (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Has a current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (HLTAID004)
- Hold a current Working with Children Card
