How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Manager, Engagement and Change Advisory, you’ll work with a team of highly skilled specialists. You’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:
- Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and various sectors. Collectively, our team has worked across government, health, mining, energy and infrastructure with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.- Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services to public and private clients where transformation, social outcomes and community impact is front of mind.- Mentor and coach junior members of staff to upskill and increase their professional development and technical expertise- Support a pipeline of future opportunities and oversight of proposals- Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:
- Experience in scoping, designing, and delivering change and communication activities for major projects (across the different phases of a project lifecycle)- Experience working with best practice methodology for change management, social impact and/or community engagement- Excellent writing and engagement skills- Ability to foster and evolve relationships- Relevant tertiary education
