Service Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service and repair needs.
- Accurately document customer concerns and communicate them to the service team.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers are fully informed.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain regular communication with customers during the service process to provide updates and obtain approvals.
- Process service orders and handle payments, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer’s experience and vehicle performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
