We are in search of the next leader to inspire store teams. A successful leader in this business will have the ability to adapt, overcome and problem solve, while having the ability to lead with confidence. This is an exciting new opportunity for a strong experienced Store Manager, ready to take on more responsibilities.

**The Role**:

- The purpose of this role is to ensure that your two stores are performing at the highest potential. This role will ensure your stores have an exceptional understanding of product, driving and exceeding KPI’s, meeting company core values while providing excellent customer service and supporting the development of leaders for the future. You will be working collaboratively with head office and you will have previous experience with managing KPI, Visual Merchandising, Performance Management and Training, while having the confidence to lead by example.**Experience Required**:

- 2+ years store management experience in a retail store role
- Confident with strong decision making skills and attention to detail
- Motivational and influential with the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
