About the role:

With dealerships covering multiple sites across the Sutherland Shire & Illawarra Region; we have experienced exceptional growth and prepared for further expansion New & exciting opportunities awaits an experienced Business Manager or Trainee Business Manager who joins our F&I team. This position provides an extra opportunity to sell Aftermarket Products in addition to Finance & Insurance

Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership, and also with our Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket partners
  • Facilitate finance & insurance quotations/Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers
  • Qualify and offer customers aftermarket products that will best suit their individual needs
  • Work closely with the sales departments to drive strong penetration results

About you:

  • You will be an experienced Business Manager with experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
  • You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a flair for numbers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • You will have strong computer skills, sales and time management skills, but above all, have a fantastic work ethic
  • You will be flexible and able to work a rotating roster.
  • As a trainee; we will consider existing sales executives in the motor trade, or other retail industries with a proven track record in sales and/or some background in finance sales.
  • Current NSW Driver's License
