As a Pre-Assessment Officer in our Home Loan Assessment Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to assist customers with their banking needs and helping to ensure that banking with ANZ is accessible, simple and easy.

What will your day look like?
**As an Pre-Assessment Officer, you are accountable for**:
Serving as a first point of contact into the Home Loan Assessment Process.
Performing preliminary checks and data entry of Home Loan Applications submitted by the Broker and Mobile Lending Channels
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency levels are achieved as per Service level agreements (SLA's)
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrable experience in Banking/ Financial services industry and a good understanding of the home loan products
High standards of analytical skills & eye for detail is a must
Proficient in use of Home Loan Systems including CAP/RLM/RLS
Customer Orientation skills with strong focus on customer service
