**Position Available: Barista**
- Create beautiful latte art and ensure each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests in selecting beverages, showcasing your knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods, including Australian favorites like flat whites and long blacks.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail, particularly in beverage preparation and presentation.
- Passion for coffee, with a solid understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Ability to create a variety of coffee beverages, including traditional and specialty drinks.
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism.
