**The role**: As the Performance Analyst you will primarily be responsible for understanding the mechanics of business metrics, reporting insights to key stakeholders and building the narrative of customer success and product performance. Based in our Chippendale office, this role will be an integral part of the Product Analytics team and is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven individual who is motivated by influencing strategic decision-making to maximise business impact. Most importantly you thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and are passionate about the opportunity to play a leading role in changing the way Aussies and Kiwis eat. **You will** - Engage with various customer and product performance review streams to provide data and communicate insights as the SME with respect to business trajectory - Develop business cases for New Product Development and provide inputs to the budget process - Understand and refine existing metrics to ensure alignment with ANZ and global business units plus define new metrics as appropriate - Proactively seek out data requirements of stakeholders and identify opportunities to minimize repetitive processes and requests - Build data pipelines to ensure data quality and the efficient dissemination of insights - Create impactful dashboards and assist with the development of self-serve capabilities - Respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner and provide analysis to business cases as appropriate **You are/have** - A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years relevant experience working with huge data sets - Finance/Accounting/Economics background or experience in building business cases is a big plus not essential - Proficient with SQL, data warehouses and ETL tools (e.g. DataBricks) - Strong experience with visualization tools (ideally Tableau) - Experience with Python/R and/or statistical methods is a big plus - Experience with business metrics and/or financials and the ability to contextualise numbers at various points in the supply chain - Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical information into digestible chunks for non-technical audiences - A "roll up sleeves" attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line **What you’ll get in return** - The chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in an exciting growth phase - Company discount - 70% off HelloFresh boxes - Flexible working arrangements - Egoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growth - Free access to Headspace - HelloFresh Academies - monthly internal learning & development - A diverse and vibrant international environment, with offices in 19 countries **Start Date: ASAP** **Duration**:Permanent full time role.
