Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Paediatric Registrar (in the role of Paediatric Advanced Trainee Fellow) will:
Provide advanced training in Community Paediatrics for a clinician wishing to pursue a career in, or gain specialist experience in child development, learning and behaviour.
Develop his/her own professional knowledge and skills in developmental-behavioural paediatrics and community child health through completion of a clinical attachment with one of the 4 specialist ambulatory hubs (Brisbane Central, North or South community hubs and QCH) of the Child Development Program.
Deliver medical services through participation in clinical duties at Fellow level and in accordance with the policies, practices and values of the Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, training of others, research and quality improvement activities, including undertaking clinical audits and clinical risk management activities
