**Job Description**:
Due to growth in the business we are currently seeking an experienced and versatile QC Inspector to join our project in the Geraldton Region on a 3/1 FIFO roster or a 5 day Local residential roster.

The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager. The role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Understand and implement customer QC requirements for each individual project.
- Carry out material traceability for Jobs and maintain material traceability register (if required).
- Carry out surface treatment (paint, galvanising, rubber lining etc) inspection and obtain reports for inclusion in the MDR as directed by the Project Manager.
- Checks all welds are visually acceptable and conform to the relevant codes, specifications and standards with reference to the acceptable limits of imperfections.
- Review and assist Project Managers with Hold and Witness points on ITPs
- Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors and Checkers to manage the QA/QC requirements of the project

**Qualifications**:

- Be a Certified Welding Inspector
- Hold a CSWIP 3.1 certificate
- Must have relevant Trade Qualification Minimum 5 years industry experience preferred
- Immediate start would be highly advantageous
