**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive **currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven **Sales Consultant** to join our team at **Rockingham Hyundai.**

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**To reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.
- Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Automotive sales experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Must be self-motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
