In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to wellness and rejuvenation.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and locker facilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through spa offerings
- Support spa therapists and other staff in preparing for treatments and sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
- Monitor and maintain the spa's ambiance, including lighting, music, and temperature to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction

**Required and Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment
