Gippsland Southern Health Service (GSHS) is a major provider of healthcare in the South Gippsland Shire. GSHS offers a broad range of services that meet the needs of a diverse and sparsely populated area. With two main acute facilities based at Leongatha and Korumburra, GSHS offers a broad range of specialist, general, acute, subacute, ambulatory, residential aged care and community services.**About the Role**
The position of Transformation Leader is an exciting new position at Gippsland Southern Health Service. In this position you will be provided with the opportunity to support the Chief Executive Officer in achieving the deliverables of the strategic plan, key project outcomes and change management across the health service.**About You**
- Developing expertise in leadership, project management, process improvement and redesign, change management and engagement skills in a healthcare setting.
- Acumen to influence, collaborate and build sustainable relationships with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to be strategic and visionary.
- Agility to lead and manage multiple innovation projects and initiatives—as is necessary in most business transformations—and still remain focused.
- Ability to share the articulated vision to inspire and motivate others within the organisation towards a changed future
- Have an understanding of organisational change and development, system thinking and business process analysis
- ready to learn, are curious and have a steep learning curve.
- Public Health experience and expertise
- Ability to embrace the unexpected as well as failures and still keep going.

- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification in healthcare related field
