**Administration Assistant **at INTREC**

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who will help support INTRECs Submissions process. Your role involves:
- Working alongside our Submissions Coordinator assisting with coordinating and compiling documentation for tenders
- Assist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents
- Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems and procedures
- Assisting with adhoc needs of Submissions team
**The skills we need**
- Previous experience in an administration or marketing role is advantageous but not essential - we’ll teach you
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Great time manager
- Commitment to contributing to a high performing team and culture
