Onsite Rental Group is a specialist B2B equipment rental business delivering superior hire experience and performance to many of Australia's mining, construction, industrial government and event organisations. We have vacancies for full-time Team Leaders, Service Technicians and Field Service Technicians in Metro and Regional locations across Australia.

**About the Job**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced person for the roles of Service Technicians and Team Leaders. You will ensure smooth day to day running of our onsite branch. You will be a strong safety leader and supervisor of our dynamic team in the fast paced mining environment. You will ensure all equipment is maintained as well as maximise the availability for hire through the co-ordination of staff.

In addition, you will:

- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are met and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in this area.
- Consistently work to improve equipment availability to ensure that all hires can be met including the servicing and repair of equipment.
- Ensure all returning equipment is inspected thoroughly upon return to confirm any damage and report promptly for recharge
- Provide technical support to internal staff
- Provide reports and stats for the Branch Manager on servicing and KPI’S
- Provide first class Customer Service at all times
- Ensure materials and labour are allocated efficiently to avoid waste or downtime.
- Ensure workshop parts and consumables are stocked and R&M parts are ordered in a timely manner.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven safety leadership experience
- Section 44 accountability highly desirable
- Experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry
- Valid motor vehicle license
- High risk work licence
- Commitment to safety
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
