Systems Implementation BA/PM - Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

As the BA who has had some exposure to Project Management, you will scope and ultimately help implement new financial planning, forecasting and reporting systems that integrate with the company's current tech stack.

You will be responsible for scoping system requirements and mapping & optimising business processes. Give you'll be working in a PMO of around 5 ppl, you'll also take ownership of all post implementation activities such as change, training and coordination of testing.
You'll work with internal stakeholders (mainly finance, property and fund accountants), the internal projects team, systems vendors and the implementation partner.
A fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience implementing similar systems in an REIT, wealth management or other alternative investment company.

Skills & Experience
- Solid experience as a "value-add" BA. This is medium enterprise where you will regularly be the only BA on a project, so demonstrable experience being the sole BA, managing vendors, conducting training, testing and change activities is a must.
- Previous experience implementing finance, accounting, investment management systems within the commercial property, alt investments, private equity or asset management sector is mandatory
- Experience in production of user, functional and non-functional requirements gathering
- System implementation experience and dealing with vendors - experience with investment management systems such as Yardi, JDE, MRI etc. and FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Onestream, Workday Adaptive Planning etc.
- Test experience across systems, integrations and user acceptance testing
- Project management methodology understanding and awareness
- This is a small & highly collaborative and sociable Technology dept. of circa 20-25 ppl. So an open, friendly, collaborative style is essential
