Key to our organization's continued success is the implementation of new financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems that seamlessly integrate with our existing technology stack.

As a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in Project Management, you will define and implement these systems.

Your primary responsibilities include scoping system requirements, mapping business processes, and optimizing them for maximum efficiency. You will also take ownership of post-implementation activities such as change management, training, and testing coordination.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver exceptional results.

This opportunity suits someone with experience in implementing similar systems in real estate investment trusts, wealth management, or alternative investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a 'value-add' BA in a medium-sized enterprise, managing vendors, conducting training, testing, and change activities independently.
  • Previous experience implementing finance, accounting, investment management systems in commercial property, alternative investments, private equity, or asset management sectors.
  • Proven expertise in producing user, functional, and non-functional requirements gathering.
  • System implementation experience, dealing with vendors, and working with investment management systems like Yardi, JDE, MRI, and FP&A tools like Anaplan, Onestream, Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Test experience across systems, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
  • Project management methodology understanding and awareness.
