**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Cotton On Body brand empowers it’s devoted customers to live the life they want, to show up for themselves and each other, every single day. Inspiring them to move their body, take time for self-care, and embrace their authenticity. Our global fashion-led range includes Activewear, intimates, sleepwear, loungewear and swimwear. We’re obsessed with comfort from fabrics to silhouettes, because when you feel good in what you wear, it shows.

Our Activewear range is loved by Cotton On Body Customers all over the world This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Activewear expert to drive our global growth strategy for the category. Drawing on your years of specialist Activewear knowledge, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of buying and trend experts to maximise product opportunities and deliver a range of fun, on trend and affordable product to our customer.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Extensive Activewear experience and proven success in a similar ‘Head of Buying/Product’ roles ; developing and leading global Activewear product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Demonstrated high level organisation, project management and planning skills
- Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
