**About the role**

We are seeking school bus driver and require applicants in and around the area of Welshpool.

The successful applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

- Valid automatic driver's license (HR or MR) with PTD Authorisation to drive a bus
- Clean driving history
- Obtain a national police clearance, upon request
- Complete a pre-employment medical

The successful applicant will join a team of drivers and support staff who are responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of our students to and from school on a daily basis during school terms.

Our Drivers are required to safely transport students to school in the morning and home again in the afternoon (i.e. on a spilt shift basis).

The work mostly requires approximately 4 hours per day (broken into two shifts per day) during school terms only. There is potential charter work between shifts and on weekends.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.80 per hour

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Passenger Transport Drivers authorisation (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- MR, HR, HC or MC license (preferred)
