**Your Career**

As a member of the Palo Alto Networks APAC team, you will be responsible for partnering with Regional Account Managers and Partners to help sell value-added services into commercial accounts. You will help identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the accounts.

This is a great opportunity to accelerate your sales career in the exciting world of Network Security. As the Services Sales Associate, you will manage services sales opportunities as part of the sales delivery cycle. This includes managing services sales opportunities and scoping engagements and ensuring that all scoping requirements are met and delivered on-time back to the Account team and/or customer. You will be supporting a large number of Account teams and will provide world-class customer service across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to get regional sales exposure in cyber security and to grow your sales career.

**Your Impact**
- Respond to Service requests and determine the customer requirements. In conjunction with the opportunity team, define requirements, level of effort, and deliverables to the customer
- Work with the field sales team to advance and close Services opportunities across the APAC region
- Identify resources required for each opportunity and assign individual responsibilities and tasks to ensure the opportunity is progressed and customer expectations are met
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to the account team and customer. Collaborate with them to ensure a positive customer engagement
- Deliver end solution to Account Teams and customers. When required present end solution to customers
- Ensure the relevant service proposed meets the customer requirements to achieve their outcomes. When required, recommend other solutions to deliver the best customer outcome and experience
- Minimize our exposure and risk on all opportunities
- Ensure opportunity documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
- Track and report services opportunity progress and metrics on a weekly basis

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
- Strong commercial skills and sales acumen to uncover opportunities and progress them to close
- Solid organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, both internally and with the customer
- Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; able to promptly and expertly react to customer requirements
- Ability to develop practical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks Security Operating Platform
- Knowledge of network infrastructure based security appliances, including but not limited to: Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies and Caches is a plus
