Aceolution is Hiring ‘Program support associate’ in Sydney Australia to support the management of client’s Arts & Culture’s Partners (“A&C Partners”).
A&C partners are 3rd-party cultural institutions that have signed a Content Hosting and Services Agreement to use A&C platform. The objective is to bring their content to the platform and make it accessible to a global audience.
Program support associate must have substantial knowledge and 1 to 3 years of experience in the cultural field (eg. Museums, art exhibitions, galleries etc.) in different countries.
**This job consists of the following missions**:
**1.** **A&C Partner Content Coordination (Acquisition, Curation and Publication)**
The core mission of the Program support associate is to support A&C Partners in the management of their content on clients Arts & Culture platform.
Tasks include:
- Onboarding the partner to the Content Management System for them to autonomously manage their collection on client’s Arts & Culture via their Dashboard and available Help articles.
- Handholding A&C Partners through the standard partner lifecycle which consists of:
- The ingestion phase (or Item Management)
- The curation phase (or Exhibit Curation):
- The publication phase (or Publishing Options):
- Troubleshooting any error/issue preventing A&C Partners from using the platform in a timely manner.
- Reporting progress and project status and potential escalation to the SPOC in a timely manner
- Optional: working with Operations Teams to coordinate all operations to digitize the partner collection.
**2.** **Partner Content Amplification**:
The second mission of the Program support associate is to support A&C Partners in the amplification of their content on the day of its publication and/or on later occasions detected by the partner or Client’s team.
Tasks include:
Conducting content audits, writing content overviews or any other content-related documentation needed for editorial, content, marketing, press or other purposes in the context of amplifying A&C Partners Content visibility.
Support the organization and logistics of physical events when such format is required for the promotion of A&C Partners Content.
Drive Projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.
This mission can involve travel to a A&C Partner’s or an event’s location.
**3.** **Prospects coordination**:
The third mission of the Program support associate is to grow the number of A&C Partners and related content via new Prospects. This mission can involve occasional travel to a prospect’s location.
Tasks include:
Presenting client’s Arts & Culture offer to prospects interested in becoming a A&C Partners, outlining the terms and conditions to join, the digitization tools and the content management system available to bring their collection online on client’s Arts & Culture platform and manage their own individual Collection Page on the platform
Execute track all tasks related to the Prospect Management service, including:
- Process incoming requests to join the platform and reply in a timely manner.
- Conduct outreach to new prospects based on the team needs.
- Using and keeping up-to-date Coordination, Tracking and Reporting tools.
- Request approvals from designated Program Managers
Occasionally, this mission can involve travel to a prospect’s location.
**4.** **Requirements**:
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
- Must have a style of writing to make the Arts accessible and engaging.
- Must have a keen eye for visual design
- Must have a passion for Arts, Cultureand Sustainability
**5.** **Responsibilities**
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders in the creation and curation of content, helping them improve their existing content.
- Organize partners’ content into engaging pages across the platform
- Content editing, copy-editing, and proofreading
- Using, keeping up-to-date, and developing new content guidelines.
- Scoping a range of content projects and identifying new opportunities.
- Analyzing product data and responsively working to produce more successful and engaging content.
- Ongoing communication of progress and project status
- Creating scripts for short videos promoting content on the platform
- Proofreading texts used on the platform.
Pay: $80,591.95 - $105,663.63 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
