**Shangri-La Sydney currently has a position available in our award winning upscale dining restaurant, Altitude.**

**About the Role**
- Striving to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products and to motivate and inspire the team to follow that lead.
- Maintaining Altitude’s dispense bar area, ensuring its cleanliness, beverage rotation, orders and par levels as well as training.
- Conduct wine tastings/training for service associates and wine ambassadors.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.

**About You**
- Passion for wine and the industry.
- Basic knowledge of Australian wines.
- Experience in 5-star restaurant service.
- Strong communication skills.
- RSA certification is required.
- WSET Level 2 or CMS qualification advantageous.
