**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Manager, Policy** to be part of our Employee Relations and Policy, People and Capability Command. The role leads and manages a team in the development, delivery and implementation of a portfolio of policy initiatives and reforms within the specific expertise of the functional area to support organisational objectives and/or Government commitments.
