**THE ROLE**
The Principal Cyber Security Lead is a senior role responsible for establishing and executing on the Funded Agency and Portfolio Entity information security risk assurance and improvement program. This role is part of the DFFH Information Technology Services Branch and requires knowledge and experience in implementing effective cyber security assurance programs.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Manage applicable information security framework, policy and standards for the sector, communicate, manage expectations and provide advice and guidance to the sector in alignment with the department's information security policies and standards and service agreements.
- As the program lead, implement the work program and provide regular security and risk reporting into governance committees and forums.
- Manage complex and diverse stakeholders through effective negotiation and influence.
