**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Sales and Service Team Leader to join a passionate team based out of Newstead.

The Direct Sales & Service Team Leader supports their direct reports to deliver the Customer Contact Strategy by building the capability and focus of the team to help them turn customers into advocates through providing great customer outcomes for every customer.

The Direct Sales & Service Team Leader coaches and initiates performance conversations which direct reports that bring the Exceptional Customer Experiences to life and ensure BOQ Group brands are quick and easy to deal with, expertly managing quality and risk and informing customers every step of the way.

**About you**
We're looking for a motivated individual with strong people management and leadership experience. You will also possess:

- Proven ability to coach to build capability
- Demonstrable belief in accountability for personal and team outcomes
- Operational planning and sales process experience
- Proven history operating in a highly compliant environment
- Knowledge and experience of working effectively with stakeholders
- Proven experience in presentation skills
- General understanding of market and competitor developments
- Change management experience
- Communication - listen, clearly and simply state your point of view and / or knowledge
