About the role
As our Asset Management & Enablement Specialist, you’ll lead and coordinate the RACGP’s asset management function. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Management Office, you’ll oversee lifecycle planning, condition assessment, data management and decommissioning of assets, while also supporting enterprise-wide business enablement initiatives to drive alignment, governance, and risk-informed delivery.
As our Asset Management & Enablement Specialist, you’ll also
lead the RACGP’s asset management improvement program, including governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
develop and maintain asset management plans, documentation, and standards across all asset classes.
manage and analyse asset management data to improve decision-making and performance.
support enterprise business enablement activities, including project planning, risk management, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
Experience translating complex asset data into usable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong planning and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
