**Cocoon SDA Care** is a fast-growing, innovative, and dynamic organisation. We are seeking Casual or Part Time** Disability Support Workers** who seek a role that is committed to training and growth. We are looking for experienced staff who will assist in supporting participants with high complex behaviour and high-level medical needs. You will work in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA to provide people with high complex support needs.

**The Role**:

- Multiple positions are available in Orchid Hills - Immediate Start
- Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
- Manual Handling
- Complex Behaviours
- Epilepsy
- Catheter Care
- Stoma bag
- Peg Feeding
- Personal Care

**Additional Skillset**:

- Dementia Training.
- Diabetes Management Experience.
- Experience in Acquired Brain injury.
- Experience in addictions or (drug & alcohol knowledge).
- Experience in managing Challenging behaviours.
- Experience with Manual Handling - Hoist transfer, Bed Bound/ Immobile.

**Mandatory requirement**
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (**mandatory**).

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
