About the Role
- Provide on-site, first contact/frontline troubleshooting of imaging system faults to medical imaging staff, referring clinicians, reporting radiologists and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the solution of imaging system issues or work-flow problems to ensure effective imaging service delivery.
- Relieve in the role of Systems PACS Manager as required to ensure business continuity and participate in after-hours 'on-call' breakdown support services.
- Provide assistance in the administration and operation of the Medical Imaging Systems to ensure optimum service to department, staff, hospital clients and other stakeholders.
