**About the Role**:
The Store Business Manager for our upcoming **David Jones Store, **in **Canberra CBD**, will be responsible for leading by example in creating a VIP standard of service to our customers that sits above the rest.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Offering an unparalleled store and styling service that emphasizes customer satisfaction, seeking to garner return clientele
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve set targets and KPIs
- All day to day in-store operations
- Managing store financials

**About You**:

- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
