**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct service and repairs on all makes and models of mobile cranes and lifting equipment.
- Perform field service repairs and workshop-based servicing.
- Undertake scheduled maintenance, major inspections, and overhauls.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, including fault finding and minor repairs.
- Carry out general workshop duties and ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
- Provide technical support and conduct quality checks.
- Fit parts as required and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
- Interact with clients professionally and address their service needs.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile cranes and lifting equipment.
- Ability to conduct major inspections, overhauls, and scheduled maintenance.
- Excellent fault-finding skills and hands-on technical ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary package in the range of $190,000-$230,000 per annum plus superannuation.
