**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to participate in an established roster covering a range of shifts within the hours of 0600-1700 weekdays and 0600-1200 on weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to work additional hours or extra shifts where necessary to support patient care
- Ability to successfully perform phlebotomy on neonates, paediatric, adult and geriatric patients in a busy public hospital environment
- Prioritise inpatient and outpatient workloads to meet Turn Around Times, averaging 7 or more collections per hour on each shift
- Use of an integrated electronic Medical Record system and a Laboratory Information System or the ability to quickly learn those systems
