**About the role**:

- Payment of wages in some instances
- Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable in some instances
- Monthly BAS lodgement and payment
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Payroll tax calculation and payment
- Process monthly standing journals
- Manage cashflows and payments of suppliers
- Monthly financial reporting and EOM & EOY processes
- General administration duties as required

**About you**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years’ bookkeeping experience
- Hold a relevant bookkeeping degree / qualification
- Have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks
- Experience in administration and processes an eye for detail combined with a customer service capability
- Be comfortable working autonomously and the ability to work in a team environment
