Join the Piccolo Me HQ team as an **IT Support Technician **and become an essential part of ensuring that the right tools are in the right hands. You will be reporting directly to the IT Manager. This is a **full-time role, Monday to Friday,** based at our head office in **North Rocks, Sydney.**

As the primary point of contact for IT assistance, your role will include:

- Providing ongoing IT support to colleagues across Australia, both online and face-to-face
- Resolving incidents and managing service requests across all stores.
- Working with a range of technology, platforms, and devices to maintain optimal performance and provide education and assistance to users
- Ensuring seamless onboarding with device and system access for new franchisees and employees, including onsite setup of our POS system and technical requirements for new and existing store locations
- Regularly developing walkthrough guides and contributing to internal knowledge base articles
- Communicating regularly with franchisees and employees regarding IT related resources, issues, changes, and future developments
- Researching new tools and/ or platforms that could increase efficiency and benefit the company
- Maintaining a focus on security and efficiency in all tasks
- Participate in the planning and execution of larger IT projects, such as platform upgrades or migrations
- Undertaking other relevant/ ad hoc duties as required
- At least 1 year of IT experience - experience with service desk support would be an advantage
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, focusing on **responsiveness, clarity and courtesy**:

- Knowledge of device management, including laptops, phones, tablets etc. for setup and configuration
- Willingness to engage in a **diverse role** that encourages innovation and efficiency
- Must be **willing to travel **to store locations across Sydney as required
- Familiarity with operating systems, office software and enterprise software
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- An undergraduate degree or TAFE qualification in IT would be advantageous
