**Job Type**: Casual / Part-Time (with potential to become permanent)
**Schedule**: Afternoon & Evening Shifts, Monday to Friday

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated **Afternoon/Evening Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our commercial cleaning teams. You’ll help ensure every site meets our high standards while supporting and guiding our cleaners in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple sites
- Perform regular quality checks and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with training, scheduling, and task coordination
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Step in to assist with cleaning duties when required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability
- Current **Driver’s Licence** and reliable vehicle
- **Police Check** and **Working With Children Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts

Pay: $24.95 - $42.09 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
