**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients to confirm and understand their requirements
- Offer basic technical support to clients when required
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist in maintaining good customer relationships
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Business Manager or Team Leader

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)

**Salary**

60,000.00/yr plus commission
