SHAFFA, a one-hatted Middle Eastern restaurant in Surry Hills, is looking for **enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters** to join our Front of House team If you’re passionate about hospitality and take pride in delivering **exceptional dining experiences at a one-hatted restaurant**, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take and deliver food & beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide expert menu recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
- Ensure a seamless dining experience by anticipating guest needs
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team for timely service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining space
- Process payments efficiently and handle transactions with care
- Follow RSA guidelines and comply with hospitality regulations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of waitstaff experience
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A valid work visa with permission to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $42.14 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Tips

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
