Founded in 1986, Nerang State High School is a co-educational, non-selective, public school for students from 12 to 17 years of age. The school is centrally located on the Gold Coast and has a current enrolment of over 1050 students and an enrolment management plan to ensure students living within the school's catchment area are able to enrol.
Our school priorities are that 'Every Student Succeeds', 'Every Teacher Inspires' and 'Every Day is Engaging'. We achieve this by focussing on differentiated learning to lift the educational outcomes for every student; collegial learning and coaching to refine high quality teaching practices that inspire students; and ensuring students are highly engaged in a curriculum for their future.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
