**Your role includes**:

- Understanding disability and proven capability to build positive relationships with students who have complex needs
- Write, communicate and maintain all aspects of personalised Learning Plans (PLP) for identified NCCD students.
- Tracking of student progress through analysis of data including attendance, achievement, behaviour and effort.
- Utilise experience and knowledge of disabilities to develop and support staff across the school to provide inclusive learning environments including; Co plan and/or consult on ways to support NCCD students in lessons and assessments.
- Collaborate with staff to increase knowledge and capability including faculty and staff meetings.
- Communicate with all key stakeholders, collaborating and consulting with internal and external support staff.
