**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to focus on the recruitment of our Wales and Specialist Businesses divisions. Your role will support the Wales division of AMA Group which covers the end to end process of repairing heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses and trailers. You will also work with the growing Specialist Businesses division within the AMA Group to service our prestige vehicles and world class automotive technologies sectors
This amazing role will be based in our Smithfield office on a permanent basis and offers flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Proactively seeking talent by using a variety of recruitment platforms.
- Developing job advertisements.
- Developing talent pipelines through active use of recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager and stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Work with the People team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
**Does this sound like you?**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in either an inhouse or agency recruitment position.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Experience in fast paced Blue Collar recruitment.
- Automotive Industry experience desirable.
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards, VISA's and Apprentices.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office programs.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion/confidentiality at all times.
