**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our expanding team. The job entails completing regular and ongoing commercial cleaning jobs at locations from Burleigh Heads to Kingscliff. This is a contractor position with flexible and regular week/weekend hours which is ideal for students or those who fulfil other commitments throughout the week.

Cleaning is mainly completed within doctors surgeries, on Friday afternoons, as well as outside of business hours (before 10 am or after 5 pm for example), but not in all cases.

Basic duties include:

- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning office kitchens
- Wiping desks
- Changing bins
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Glass cleaning
- Other general office cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- ABN
- **MUST have your own reliable car/transport**:

- Insurance and Police check (or willingness to obtain)
- You are willing to work within areas between Burleigh Heads and Kingscliff
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week
- You are willing to complete Friday afternoon, weekend & evening work when required

Successful applicants will be employed on a contractor arrangement.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour _(with flexible hours)_

**Hours**: 10 - 20 p/week

**Experience**:1 year cleaning experience (_preferred)_
