**Booking Systems Support Team leader - AAT Kings**

**The Role**

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Identifying business needs and introducing policies and processes for TMS Implementation, ensuring compliance with established methods and procedures
- Document and communicate any new developments or issues to relevant departments
- Develop and run TMS reports as and when required by the business
- Support with building new Short Breaks and Day Tours on TMS
- Maintain the AAT Kings TMS Support Yammer group to assist communication of system updates to the business
- Action testing in TMS as required with new and existing functionality
- Proactively manage and support the Systems Support Agent

We are seeking an IT professional who builds relationships with ease and is customer focused along with the technical skills to match.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Have the ability to analyse the root cause of customer service issues and to suggest improved processes
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Is a team player with the ability to work unsupervised
- Possesses tact, diplomacy and an understanding of business confidentiality
- Good knowledge of AAT Kings products would be highly desirable
