**THE ROLE**

As an entry level Law clerk, you will be an integral member of the Recoveries Team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Assisting with day-to-day management of recovery files
- Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Making phone calls
- Collating court briefs
- File management
- Monthly billing and reporting
- General administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous admin experience in a law firm either as receptionist or administrative assistant, including the below:

- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and formatting skills
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High organisational skills to manage conflicting deadlines
- Affinity experience preferred but not essential
