We are one of Australia's leading home têxtile design and manufacturing companies with offices nationwide. Due to unprecedented growth for our products, we are expanding and are looking to take on board a Warehouse Asssistant to join our friendly team.

**About the Role**:
This role is for someone who is a team player and takes pride in all aspects of their work. This role is physically demanding and would sit someone with a good level of fitness an able to carry heavy weight comfortably from one side of the warehouse to the other. You must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided. Work hours will be 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Mon
- Fri.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Receive, store and unpack deliveries
- Oversee returns & damaged stock management
- Track stock movements
- Prepare for and conduct a monthly stocktake
- Organise interstate freight to remote fields / other warehouse locations

**About you**:
To help you settle into this role you'll have
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage your time well
- Work well in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Be comfortable with, or ability to learn RF Scanners
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be highly advantageous

**Requirements**:
The following are not negotiable:

- Have a current forklift ‘LF’ Class Licence (Reach truck experience will be highly regarded)
- A positive and friendly can-do disposition to life
- A good level of fitness and the ability to carry 25kg as well as be on your feet for the day.

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
