**Disability and Care Worker**

BuildYourCare (BYC) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to directly improving the lives of our disabled, aged care and private care customers. We are looking for a ‘Disability and Care Worker’.

**About us**

We deliver services to our customers helping them reach their social and life goals. We aim to improve the daily lives of our customers.

**Position**

Duties include:

- Light home cleaning
- Transport - to our customers so they can engage in the community
- Social assistance - by going with them to appointments or meetings.

**When?**
- At different times during the week (mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends)

**Locations?**

Various, some possible location:

- Sydney North - North Sydney, Chatswood, Hornsby
- Ryde and Macquarie Park Area
- Sydney South - Cronulla, Miranda, Hurstville, Kogarah, Arncliffe
- Inner West - Newtown, Ashfield, Strathfield
- Western Suburbs and Hills District - Parramatta and Baulkham Hills
- Central Coast

**Who we want?**
- Must have a drivers licence and car
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings & weekends
- Relevant qualification or currently studying towards
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check (we can help you with this)
- The legal right to work in Australia
- At least certificate III or above (disability / aged care / community)
