**Our Tarneit Centre**:
Our centre is licensed to 140 children across 2 floors with 8 rooms. We are based within an estate and there is ample parking on site. Like all our Explorers centres, we provide meaningful experiences for the children. Our indoor / outdoor environment encourages children to explore their inherent connection to nature, including dirt, sand and water.

**We are looking to welcome Educators who are**:

- Willing to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
- Committed and professional
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication skills (including written)
- Have a sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach

**Key requirements**:

- An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification
- A demonstrated interest in children and their development
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
- Photo ID
