**BGIS**is looking for a skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team at **Private Hospital in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs**. If you’ve got experience in maintenance, from air conditioning and plumbing to painting, tiling, and carpentry, we want to hear from you This role will see you working closely with the Facilities Manager to keep things running smoothly while making sure safety and quality are always top of mind.

**What You’ll Do**:
Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades (plumbing, painting, tiling, carpentry).
Help meet KPIs and ensure top service delivery in line with contract requirements.
Record maintenance data accurately and keep everything running on schedule using our systems.
Assist with Capital Works projects and work alongside contractors to get the job done.
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards, reporting any issues as needed.
Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Be a team player, working closely with the BGIS team and clients to keep things on track.

**What You’ll Need**:
Previous experience in facilities or building maintenance.
Ability to handle a range of trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Strong safety mindset and commitment to following OHS and compliance standards.
Experience working with maintenance management systems (bonus, but not a must).
A positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused approach.
