**Job Description**:
This role offers the opportunity for an enthusiastic WHS Coordinator to join our ambitious Health, Safety and Environment team as we expand across Australia. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support our Service and Operations teams across and array of exciting projects to establish TOMRA SAFE as a pillar of the Organisation’s Culture.

Role Responsibilities include:

- Support and assist the development of training modules to improve organisational knowledge and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and company operating procedures
- Ensure our safety management system is maintained, providing training and support to users as required
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting
- Generating insights and solutions from your review of trends and statistical data
- Generate reports of all injuries for commentary to the leadership team.
- Facilitate the learning of workers and contract team members about Quality Standards, Quality and WHS management systems to ensure continuous improvement processes are fully integrated into all aspects of their business by conducting reviews of annual internal audit reports.
- Support Service and Operations Teams to implement and manage safety processes including, but not limited to: risk management, site inspections, emergency protocol, and hazard management
- Monitor relevant legislation and regulations, inform and staff and management about legislative changes. Plan and implement any required changes to ensure all operational systems remain compliant.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role
- Cert IV or Diploma in WHS
- Demonstrated experience in injury management
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Hands-on approach
